Warehouse techno should probably be its own genre, because honestly, this EP is such a vibe. My only issue with it, technically, is that it’s too short. Coming in at just over 20 minutes, I would be pissed if this was the length of Aria’s set at a warehouse rave. Luckily this is easily remedied by putting this album on repeat – maybe three times.
I always thought I wasn’t really into techno – until I heard good techno. There’s a lot of bad techno out there, but this isn’t it. Good techno, in my opinion, is where losing yourself helps you find the beat. I thought I found it with Ferret Wiggler, but I didn’t really find it until the title track Bunny Fluffer hit. This entire EP hits the sweet spot and doesn’t let up. Aria Bare delivers a raw and hypnotic experience – it’s relentless. Made for the dance floor? You’re god damn right it is.
Would absolutely recommend.
